Has my order shipped? 

You should receive email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email confirmation when your order is shipped. If you have not received the second confirmation email, your order has not yet been shipped.  

We ship orders as quickly as possible so expect it very soon. 


How do I track my order? 

When your order ships you will receive a second email confirmation with your tracking number. Click on the tracking number to be taken to your orders tracking page. There you will see the expected arrival date.  

What is your return policy? 

We want you to be happy so let us know if there is an issue with your order. Return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
